We are now introducing the “ENERGY HOUSES” in Greece. The system used is “THE NEW GENERATION” of house construction.

Our houses are made of reinforced concrete, poured in a mould of EPS insulation material. (EPS STANDS FOR EXTRUDED POLYSTYRENE FOAM). This gives you the strength of a concrete house with 15 cm. of EPS insulation value, which is 3 times higher than the traditional Greek INSULATION.

The energy savings in our “ENERGY HOUSE” on heating- and air conditioning systems RUN up to APPROXIMATELY 60 % compared to the traditionally insulated houses in Greece. Combined with solar power and floor heating, this makes your house most likely self heated all year without any other second energy source. The unique assembly of our EPS moulding system will save tremendously on labour time and –expenses.

Outside walls can be plastered traditionally, or covered with natural STONE FACING. Inside can also be plastered or done with gypsum sheeting. Gyps sheeting will give a very nice surface for paint or wallpaper.
